Sharjah: The Sharjah Beach Festival, a thrilling summer event, is currently underway from August 15 to September 15, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, at Al Heera Beach.
A project of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) the inaugural edition of the ‘Sharjah Beach Festival,’ is set to transform Al Heera Beach into a vibrant hub of activity.
This month-long extravaganza promises an unparalleled experience for individuals and families, showcasing an extensive array of beach, sports, and entertainment activities.
A festival for everyone
The festival is divided into various zones, catering to different interests:

Water and Beach Sports Zone: Enjoy paddleboarding, beach volleyball, soccer, and obstacle courses.

Health and Wellness Zone: Participate in yoga, aerobics, Zumba, meditation, and expert-led fitness workshops.

Entertainment Zone: Experience daily musical shows, outdoor beach cinema, reading sessions, puppet shows, and interactive games.
Cultural and commercial experiences

Khalid Al Ali, Manager of Al Heera Beach and Al Montazah Parks emphasized the festival's commitment to fostering community engagement and celebrating Sharjah's tourism potential. He highlighted the aim to invigorate tourism activity in the emirate and attract visitors from all walks of life.
